Philip Dyer is the Chairman of nxo and acts as coach and mentor to the network.

His broad-based marketing skills have been utilised by companies such as ALSTOM Transport, Compass plc, Sharp and Shell. In 2006, Philip was invited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing to become the regional President of the Lancashire branch. Philip was also awarded an Honorary Teaching Fellow in the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development from the Council of Lancaster University Management.

Katie is an experienced Personal Assistant and has extensive knowledge in an administrative role.

With years of experience in customer service and office management she is on hand to assist with any enquiries you may have. Katie deals with all aspects of administration at the hub liaising with all clients and consultants on a daily basis.
