Philip Dyer is the Chairman of nxo and acts as coach and mentor to the network. He started the company in 1995 and has broad-based marketing skills that led him to work with companies such as ALSTOM Transport, Compass plc, Sharp and Shell. Philip is also involved in roles outside of his official capacity at nxo. In November 2006, Philip was invited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing to become the regional President of the Lancashire branch; he is also a Fellow of the CIM and Chartered Marketer. In addition, Philip recently accepted an invitation from the Council of Lancaster University Management School to become an Honorary Teaching Fellow in the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development until May 2010.
