Mike has 30 years experience in brand communications and development, initially in a top 20 advertising agency – Ted Bates – where he served as Client Services Director, then moving on to Board roles in other communications sectors: graphic design (including packaging), new product development and research, and with a broad spread of clients from major multi nationals including the Mars Group, Colgate Palmolive and Unilever through to UK SMEs.

For the last 15 years, working with nxo East Anglia co-director Chris Harrison, Mike has focussed on market research and strategic planning, with clients including General Mills, Akzo Nobel, Henkel, PZ Cussons, BOC Industrial and NHBC. Together, they have also helped develop effective, strategically led marketing and communications solutions across different channels for a wide range of both consumer facing and B2B clients.
