James is a marketing graduate and strategic marketing MBA with over 20 years’ marketing experience and a demonstrable track record of success in virtually every facet of strategic marketing, brand and marketing communications management.

Before joining nxo James was UK Marketing Director for Zurich Financial Services.
As well as driving the development of the Zurich brand both externally and internally he also drove comprehensive streamlining and improvement of the group’s marketing functions and initiated and led three outstanding mass communications programmes – Allied Dunbar ‘There May Be Trouble Ahead’ and Zurich ‘Flying Pigs’ TV campaigns and the highly successful Zurich Premiership sponsorship programme.
